Pins - The Highest Badges of Honor
Earning pins is how players can be awarded for their strategy, skill, and the sportsmanship they showed while playing Humans vs. Zombies. Pins are awarded at the end of every Night Mission by the Harbingers. During these award ceremonies feel free to nominate other players and teammates when you think they have embodied the spirit of the game, shown great heroism, bravery, and selflessness, or when they have pulled off a seemingly unattainable feat.
Star Human
This pin is awarded to players who have show good sportsmanship, did something awesome, organized a victory for the human team, or actively participated in getting the humans an objective. You must have been a human at some point that day to receive this pin.
Star Zombie
This pin is awarded to players who have show good sportsmanship, did something awesome, organized a victory for the zombie team, or actively participated in getting the zombies an objective. Only players who have been a zombie at some point that day can earn this pin.
The Learning Dead
This pin is randomly awarded each Night Mission for posting pictures of yourself attending class with your bandana visible in the photo. Pictures must be posted in the designated Discord chat to count, this channel is called The Learning Dead
Mod God
This pin is awarded a moderator each Night Mission who demonstrated exemplary service as a mod during that day.
Om Nom Nom
This pin is awarded to any Zombie that is able to get 8 tags throughout HvZ week.
Golden Socks
This pin is awarded for two reasons, the first for being a resilient human and having survived the entire week while attending all of the night missions. The second for exemplifying the spirit of the game.
